bingosaya Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Verification
This page answers every money question for your bingosaya account — from putting funds in to pulling them back out to your e-wallet. We support GCash, Maya and PESONet as your deposit and withdrawal channels. Each method is set up inside your account under the Banking tab, which you reach right after logging in. Before your first withdrawal, we ask you to complete account verification; that step protects both your balance and your personal details.
Your Banking tab shows every active payment method available in your region. We connect to the e-wallet and bank transfer rails that Filipinos use for everyday money movement — the same flows you already know from paying bills or sending money to family. Each method appears with its own deposit and withdrawal fields; select the one that matches your active wallet before entering an amount. The method you deposit with is the method we route your withdrawal back through, so it is worth checking which wallet you want to keep active on your account.
GCash
Link your GCash number directly under Banking. Deposits post to your bingosaya wallet balance once the GCash transaction is confirmed on your end. Withdrawals return to the same GCash number you deposited from.
Maya
Maya works the same way as GCash in the Banking tab. Enter your Maya mobile number, confirm the amount, and the transfer moves through the Maya network. Keep your Maya account active and verified for withdrawals to clear without a hold.
PESONet
PESONet lets you move funds between your bank account and bingosaya using the interbank transfer network most Philippine savings accounts already support. Processing follows PESONet's published batch schedule — check your bank's cut-off times before initiating.
ADDING FUNDS
Putting Money Into Your bingosaya Wallet
Adding funds starts the moment you open the Banking tab after login. We keep the deposit flow short: choose your method, enter the amount, and confirm. The funds appear in your wallet balance once the payment network registers the transaction on its side — GCash and Maya confirmations typically follow the network status shown inside your GCash or Maya app. PESONet moves on the bank's batch schedule, so allow for your sending bank's cut-off time. There are no extra steps between your e-wallet and your bingosaya balance — no codes to copy and paste, no separate receipt to upload for GCash or Maya.
Log in and open Banking
Tap the Banking tab from your account dashboard. It shows your current wallet balance and all available deposit methods for your region.
Choose GCash, Maya or PESONet
Select the method that matches your active wallet. Each option shows a dedicated input field — no switching between pages.
Enter the amount and confirm
Type the amount you want to add. The minimum and any field limits appear below the input. Confirm on-screen, then complete the step inside your GCash, Maya or bank app.
Check your wallet balance
Return to your bingosaya dashboard after the sending app confirms. Your balance updates once the network posts the transaction. Keep the network reference number until the balance reflects.
GETTING PAID OUT
Withdrawing Funds Back to Your E-Wallet
Withdrawal requests are submitted from the same Banking tab where you deposit. We route your payout back to the same e-wallet method tied to your account — this is a standard safeguard that keeps your money moving between verified accounts you control. Before you submit, make sure your account verification is complete and that your GCash or Maya number matches what you registered with. A mismatch will hold the request until you contact support to correct the detail. PESONet withdrawals follow your receiving bank's inbound batch schedule, which varies by bank.
Open Banking and select Withdrawal
Log in and tap the Banking tab. Choose the Withdrawal option. Your linked payout method — GCash, Maya or PESONet — appears pre-selected based on your deposit history.
Enter the amount and review
Type the withdrawal amount. The minimum and maximum for your linked method are shown on-screen. Review the destination account details before confirming.
Complete identity verification if prompted
If your account verification is still pending, the system will prompt you to complete it before the withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time step that clears future requests.
Track the request in Withdrawal History
Once submitted, the request appears in Withdrawal History with a reference number and status label. Keep this reference if you need to follow up with support.
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
Verifying Your bingosaya Account
Account verification is how we confirm that the person making withdrawals is the same person who registered. It is a one-time process that unlocks full withdrawal access and protects your balance from unauthorized requests. The verification form appears inside your account under Settings or is prompted automatically when you submit your first withdrawal. You will need a valid government-issued ID and, in some cases, a selfie or a document showing your current address.
Prepare a valid ID
A Philippine government-issued ID — passport, driver's licence, SSS, PhilHealth or UMID — is accepted. The name on the ID must match your bingosaya account name exactly.
Upload through the account form
Open Settings and go to Verification. Upload a clear photo or scan of the front of your ID. Follow the on-screen prompts for any additional document the form requires.
Wait for the review status update
Your Verification status changes from Pending to Verified once our team completes the check. You receive a notification and can also check the status directly in your account profile.
Contact support if status is stuck
If your status stays on Pending beyond a reasonable period, reach out via our support channel with your account email and the documents you uploaded so we can locate the review.
MATCHING YOUR RECORDS
How to Match a Wallet Transaction to Your Account
Every deposit and withdrawal you make through bingosaya creates two records: one on the payment network side (inside your GCash, Maya or bank app) and one inside your bingosaya account under Transaction History. Matching these two is the fastest way to resolve any discrepancy. The reference number shown in your GCash or Maya transaction detail is the same number our support team uses to trace a payment on our end — save it before closing the payment app.
Reference Number
Your GCash, Maya or PESONet app shows a unique reference number for every transaction. This is the same identifier our support team uses when tracing a deposit or withdrawal. Write it down or screenshot it immediately after the transaction.
Status Labels
Transaction History inside your bingosaya account uses three labels: Pending (received but not yet posted), Completed (posted to your balance or sent to your wallet) and Failed (not processed). A Failed status means the funds did not move — no deduction from your e-wallet.
Account History
The Transaction History tab under Banking shows every deposit and withdrawal on your account with timestamps. Filter by date or method to narrow results. This is your primary record for any follow-up with our support team.
Evidence to Keep
Keep the payment app screenshot that shows the reference number and the Completed status on the network side. Combined with the Transaction History entry on bingosaya, this is enough for our support team to resolve most discrepancies without delay.
SECURITY SIGNALS
How We Protect Your Transactions and Account
Banking security on bingosaya works across four areas: the site connection you use, the identity check we run on your account, the wallet ownership confirmation built into our payout process, and the support path available when something looks wrong. None of these replace your own care — always confirm you are on bingosaya before entering account details, and do not share your login with anyone. If you notice a transaction you did not initiate, contact support immediately with your account email and the transaction reference. Access and service availability depend on local law and eligible regions.
Domain Check
Always confirm the address bar shows bingosaya before logging in or entering any payment detail. Our platform does not operate on other domains. Bookmark the correct address after your first visit so you return directly.
Identity Verification
The KYC step we run before your first withdrawal confirms that the ID on your account belongs to the person requesting the payout. This single check prevents unauthorized withdrawal requests from reaching processing.
Wallet Ownership
We route withdrawals back to the same GCash, Maya or PESONet account you deposited from. This pairing means a third-party account cannot receive your funds even if someone attempted to alter the destination in a request.
Support Path
If a transaction is delayed, disputed or you notice account activity you do not recognize, reach our support team through the Help channel inside your bingosaya account. Have your account email and the relevant transaction reference number ready when you open the conversation.
COMMON BANKING QUESTIONS
Answers to Your bingosaya Banking Questions
The questions below cover the banking situations we hear about most. If your question is not listed here, the fastest path to an answer is the Help channel inside your account — open a conversation with your account email and the relevant transaction reference number and our team will pick it up from there.
How do I deposit using GCash on bingosaya?
Log in, open the Banking tab and select GCash. Enter the amount and confirm on-screen. The final step completes inside your GCash app. Your bingosaya wallet balance updates once the GCash network confirms the transaction on its side.
Can I withdraw to a Maya account that is different from the one I deposited with?
Withdrawals return to the same payment method and account number tied to your deposits. If you need to change the linked Maya number, contact support before submitting the withdrawal. Changing it mid-request will delay processing until verification is complete.
My deposit shows Completed in GCash but my bingosaya balance has not updated — what should I do?
Take a screenshot of the GCash transaction showing the reference number and Completed status. Open the Help channel inside your account and send that screenshot along with your account email. Our team traces the payment using the reference number you provide.
What documents do I need for account verification?
A valid Philippine government-issued ID — passport, driver's licence, SSS, PhilHealth or UMID — is accepted. The name on the ID must match your registered account name. Upload through the Verification section in Settings; the on-screen form specifies if anything else is needed.
How long does a PESONet withdrawal take to reach my bank account?
PESONet follows your receiving bank's inbound batch schedule, which varies by bank. We cannot guarantee a fixed delivery window because the timing sits with the network and your bank. Check your Withdrawal History for status updates and note your reference number for any follow-up.
Is there a minimum amount for deposits or withdrawals?
The minimum for each method is shown directly on the deposit and withdrawal input fields inside your Banking tab. We do not publish a separate limits page — the figures you see in the field at the time of your transaction are the current applicable limits for your account and region.
